Our Story
Katie and Robert’s paths first crossed almost 12 years ago during the fall semester of 2012. The two attended LSU and ran in the same circles for years, often bumping into each other at fraternity events, tailgates and parties. According to Robert, the romance began on New Year’s Eve in 2017. Both happened to be visiting friends in Washington D.C. and were on the dance floor when the clock struck midnight. He remembers this is where they shared their first kiss. Flash forward to 2020 in Dularge, LA and again to 2021 in Orange Beach over Memorial Day weekend. The two kept stumbling into each other’s lives and, despite all odds, began dating in May 2022 while Katie lived in Austin, TX and Robert lived in Ruston, LA. The rest is history!
